WHAT'S UP BROTHER!
In case we haven’t met yet, my name is Mitch Muller. I’m just a normal guy that loves bodybuilding and loves Jesus. Of course there are many other things, but God gave me a clear purpose over 10 years ago that I still pursue till this day – and my goal is to help other men unleash a passion for God in their lives. Fitness just so happens to be the catalyst that God used for me to build a stronger relationship with Him. I have a feeling that He’s ready to do the same with you…

I always CRAVED the feeling of looking and being masculine even from a young age. God used the gym to help mold me and teach me in ways that I had never heard from a pulpit before. I learned over time what a TRUE Man of God looks and acts like, and now I have an enormous passion to help other men become the leaders and warriors that God created them to be. You don’t have to look like a bodybuilder or have a crazy impressive physique to be a real Man of God – of course not! But in my opinion, since you’re called to be a warrior for Jesus Christ during your time here on earth, warriors aren’t pathetic-looking, nor are they passive, weak or timid. Jesus was FIERCE. He is the standard for masculinity. And since we are all made of 3 distinct parts: The Body, The Soul (Mind/Will/Emotions) and The Spirit, it brought me to a question that gave powerful revelation…
What's the one potential place where all three parts of you (Body, Soul & Spirit) can be renewed?
Answer: THE GYM
Think about it...
If you want to live the life that God has intended for you, all THREE of these parts must be in alignment. If one of them is out of whack, you will become limited in some way or another. This has been the premise of my fitness brand called Mindset Fitness for the last 12 years, and is the exact foundation that Mindset Fitness (the gym) will be built on in the future – speaking by faith! God gave me a vision for this facility, and it’s only a matter of time until we see Him make it a reality.

THE GYM becomes a catalyst for spiritual growth. If you can discipline your mind, you can discipline your body!
My goal as your coach is to help you in all 3 areas: to transform your physical self, to help with the renewal of your mind by digging into God’s Word and inviting Him into your life – even fitness, and to make sure your Spirit is renewed completely by accepting Jesus Christ as your savior. After all, this is the most important decision you could ever make in your life!
